Agnes left Scotland, departing from Greenock in June 1901 with her step-sister, Barbara Kelman on the vessel, City of Rome & arrived at the Port of New York on the 24th. The Passenger List records her age as 19 yrs.

The family was living at Bremerton Ward 2, Kitsap, Washington (1920). It records Samuel, a Proprietor (Laundry), born c 1862 in Ireland. Both parents Irish & Year of immigration: 1879.

The 1930 census records the family (except Alta) at Daly, Kitsap, Washington. It records Samuel's occupation as 'none'.

Silas was a Soldier from Ilinois, USA & he died when Alta May was young. Agnes marr. Jacob Weiss.
