Thomas, a Farmer (General), was born c 1859 at Paragonah, Iron Co., Utah & died in 1925. His parents were John Thomas Topham & Betsy Baker. John died aged 28 yrs. His World War I Draft Registration Card can be seen here & Thomas' here.
