NOTE

Richard, a Farm Labourer, was born c 1869 at St. Ewe, Cornwall. His parents were John & Jane Osborne. The 1891 census records the family living at Chapel Down, Tywardreath, Cornwall. Richard's parents are also present.

Not sure what happened to Bessie or Richard but in 1901 Percy is recorded as a Boarder at his Aunts house (Annie Arthur). Also present is another boarder, Mary E. Osbourne, 8, St. Ewe - a sister ?
