James was born c 1814 at Folkestone, Kent & died in 1849. His parents were Henry & Mary Mummery.

The family was living at Folkestone Hill, Folkestone, Kent (1851) & later at .... Cottage, Cheriton, Kent (1861). I can't quite read the cottage name.

I'm not sure what happened to James or Sarah after 1861.
