NOTE

Douglas James Cossentine, 72, of Hecla, South Dakota passed away on Friday, February 6, 2009, at Avena McKennan Hospital in Souix Falls, South Dakota.. A native of Eagle Bend, Doug served as a security police officer in the U.S. Air Force. He retired as a Colonel from the Pentagon in 2001 after 40 years of service. He is survived by sisters Harriet Hanson, Helen Ellington, and twin sister Dorothy Cossentine; son, Jay Cossentine; daughter, Nancy Mango; and grandchildren Betsy and Scott Cossentine, and Danielle Mango. He will be interred in Eagle Bend with military honors.
