NOTE

Benjamin, a Fish Salesman/Reg. of Births & Deaths, was born c 1856 at Wolverhampton, West Midlands & died in 1939. His parents were Joseph Elborough Bailey & Fanny Harper. Benjamin died in infancy.

The family were living at 83 Prescot St., West Derby, Liverpool in the 1881 census. Also present was Benjamin's brother, Thomas Bailey. The family were living in the same area in 1891 (can't read street address, 31 Trehine ??) & later at 1 Church Road, St. Mary, Walton On The Hill, Liverpool in 1901.
