Liv. at South St., Grantown at time of marriage (1864). Is buried as 'Betsy' McGregor with her parents (no date on gravestone). Her death cert. records her mother's maiden name as 'Nicolson'.

Betsy is recorded living with her parents at Two Sco Left By Onisbathe, Cromdale, Inverallan and Advie in the 1861 census. Also present was her dau. Isabella.

I was quite shocked to find that Elizabeth must have had an illigitimate child before she married Donald as the above census would suggest.
