Francis, a Post Master, was born c 1857 at Elizabeth, Wirt, West Virginia & died at 1926. * Place unconfirmed.

The family were living at Pocatello, Bannock, Idaho in the 1900 census. Also present is a son, Fred O. Ball, but not sure if he was Ellen's son as he was born 7 yrs before she married ?

The 1910 census records the family living in the same area. Records Ellen as having two marriages? So the above Fred could have been her son from that marriage. The family are living in the same area in 1920. Also present is Robert's wife, Lillian.

Ellen, now a widow, is living in the same area with a lodger in 1930.
