Francis, a Fish Merchant, was born c 1863 at Lowestoft, Suffolk & died in 1915. His parents were Frederick & Sarah Mayall.

The family were living at 37 Reeve St., Lowestoft, Suffolk in the 1891 census. Also present was Emily's Niece, Florence Boyce. Later, the family are recorded at 229 Clapham Road, Lowestoft, Suffolk in 1901.
