Ann was born c 1839 at Portsoy, Banff. & died in 1924. His parents were James Goodbrand & Jane Flett. John marr. Pretha Corral.

The family was living at 'No 32', Fordyce, Banff. in the 1861 census, although Ann's b'place was recorded as Fordyce. In 1871 the family are living at No 32 Sandend, Fordyce, Banff.

The 1881 census records the family at 35 Sandend, Fordyce, Banff. The family is living at the same place in 1891.
