A Gravestone Reads: " Erected by ALEXANDER & JEAN DUNCAN in memory of their father CHARLES DUNCAN d. Brownhill, Fyvie 14 Apr. 1842 aged 60. Their sister ISABELLA d. 23 May 1853 aged 26. ELIZABETH FERGUSON dau. of above ISABELLA d. 23 July 1863 aged 12. There (sic) mother ELIZABETH MIDDLETON d. 28 Aug. 1869 aged 86. Above ALEXANDER DUNCAN d. 20 Nov. 1875 aged 53. GRACE DUNCAN d. 21 Feb. 1892 aged 85. Above JEAN DUNCAN d. 24 Nov. 1900 aged 89. EMILY LEPHARD wife of above ALEXANDER DUNCAN d. 13 Dec. 1902 aged 78."

Grace never married also lived with her brother, Alexander at Brownhill, Fyvie, Aberdeen during 1851 - 1871 then later, in the same area with Nephew, Alexander Duncan until her death.
