NOTE

William (I), a Gardener, was born c 1781 at Stalbridge, Dorset & died in 1858. Hannah's children were all born before her marriage date so presume all are illigitimate & I'm also not sure if William Haine was the father ???

William (II), a General Labourer, was born c 1817 at Stalbridge, Dorset.

Hannah was recorded at Thorn House (?), Stalbridge, Dorset (1841) with daughter, Elizabeth & future husband, William Haine. He was 30 yrs her senior.

The family was living at Wood Lane, Stalbridge, Dorset (1851). Elizabeth & William's last name was recorded as 'Haine'.

In the 1861 census, still at Wood Lane, Hannah is living with her second husband & children, Elizabeth & William (Hine) and also another son, Edmond Hine, 1847, Ag Lab, Stalbridge. Edmond wasn't in the 1851 census ???

Hannah & William are still recorded at Wood Lane in the 1871 census with son, William (Hain) & another son, 'Charles' (Hain), 1847, Ag Lab, Stalbridge. So far this child has been recorded as, Eli, Edmond & now Charles ???

FreeBMD does record a birth for a Charles Haines in 1847 but not for Eli or Edmond.

Hannah & William probably died before 1891 as I couldn't find them in that census.
