The 1891 census records the family living at East ... Road, Bromley, Gtr London & later at 1 Victoria Dock Rd, West Ham, Gtr London in 1901.

Henry Pearce was born at 1 Elizabeth Street, Bromley-by-Bow, Middlesex on 20 March 1850, the son of Samuel Pearce - a shipwright and his wife Mary Ann (Atkins) As a child he was taken by his father to see the last hanging at Newgate! In 1875 Henry married Ellen Eliza Chandler, the daughter of William Bayley Chandler - a hairdresser and Maria Warmington. The couple went on to have 12 children: Daisy ; Rose ; Grace ; Frederick ; Victor ; George ; Jessie ; Florence ; Walter Charles ; Henry Samuel ; Mary Ann; and Ellen Eliza. Henry took his own son, Henry Samuel, through the Blackwall Tunnel, when only a pilot tunnel had been completed - it cost 6d (2.5p). By 1878 the family was living at 53 Thornton Street, Horslydown and although records show Henry`s occupation as a `coffee-house keeper` and later as a `dining room proprietor`, in 1899 he applied for two patents: one for a ships compass and the other for a method of joining pipes, although he did not complete the process to get the patents. By 1903 the family had moved again, this time to 1 Victoria Dock Road, Canning Town, West Ham where they were living at the time of daughter Ellen`s marriage. On 23rd December 1920, writing his will the day before his death, Henry`s address is given as 80 London Street, Greenwich, Kent. He died on 24th December 1920 at the Homeopathic Hospital, Great Ormond Street, Holborn, Middlesex and his will left the grand total of £408.10.00 to his wife Ellen Eliza Pearce (nee Chandler).

The above suggests 12 children but I could only find 10 via the census records.
