Catherine died aged 26 yrs & Peter aged 19 yrs.

* James is also recorded as born in Liverpool on some census' & I could only first 1 James Dowling in 1841 who lived in Liverpool (no address recorded). He was living with, Mkell (Michael?) Dowling, 25, Joiner or Tailor; Mary Ann, 15; Phillip, 13 & Elizabeth, 9. All born in Ireland.

The family were living at 5 Curtis Bay, St. Albans, Liverpool, Lancashire in the 1851 census. Also present were Sarah's children (Mary & Edward) from a previous marriage. The 1861 census records the family living at Blackfield St., Kirkdale, Liverpool, Lancashire. Sarah's son, Edward is also present.

James & Sarah are living at 38 Fursey St., St. Matthew, Liverpool, Lancashire in 1871 with children, Catherine, Martha, Elizabeth, Peter & John. Also present is Sarah's brother, Thomas Lund, 1810, Sailor, Liverpool.
