NOTE

James was a Presbyterian Minister, graduated from college at Fordyce Academy in Edinburgh, Scotland. He decided he didn't want to be a Minister and left Scotland for Pensacola, Florida, USA in 1872 where he became a bookeeper for a newspaper. After the death of his wife, he was very depressed and grieving so he decided to go back to Scotland to visit his sisters. He died there in the study at his sisters home. Allardyce marr. J.M.Price. I couldn't find any evidence of them in any census.
