Sarah was born c 1834 at Mackstead, Chapel of Garioch, Aberdeen & died in 1903. Her parents were Charles Ingram & Barbara Anderson. Charles died in infancy.

The family was living at Edinbanchory, Auchindoir, Aberdeen in the 1861 census & later at High Street Police Station, Strichen, Aberdeen in 1871.

The 1881 census records the family living at 25 Prince St., Peterhead, Aberdeen.
