NOTE

It would appear that James married twice but I'm not 100% certain.

From the I.G.I a variation on the name Fetch brought up a James Featch born a few years earlier and a relative of his was a Sarah Fitch Whyte. Died before 1855.

I couldn't find James or Isobel in any census.

There is an interesting death entry for an Isabella Faitch (nee Wilson) who died 14 Apr 1896 at 25 North Collage St., Elgin, Moray aged 95 yrs. Spouse, James Faitch, Farmer at Oldtown of Ord, Banffshire.
