NOTE

James, a Farmer, was born c 1818 at Foveran, Aberdeen & died in 1885. His parents were George Stodart & Elizabeth Gray. James died in infancy.

The family was living at Muiryfold, Grange, Banff. in the 1871 census. Also present was James' son, George Stodart from a previous marriage.

The 1881 census records James & his children at the same place.
