NOTE

Laura was born c 1865 at Longton, Preston, Lancashire, England & died in 1920. She was previously married to someone called 'Margarison'. Her parents were John Lancaster & Sarah Green. She died from Diabetes at Sault St. Maria, Algoma, Ontario. SEE her death record Page 1 & 2. Lillian died in infancy, although I can't find any evidence of her birth or death.

Please be aware that I'm not certain abt John's second marriage because the marr. cert. records his birth as c 1873 & his mother as Sarah Hord ??

The family was living at at Joselyn, Algoma West, Ontario in the 1901 & 1911 census'. Laura's Immigration year: 1880. Also present in the 1901 census was Laura's son, William Margarison, 1887 from her previous marriage.

Mary Ellen was born c 1899 at Victoria Co., Ontario. Her parents were Abraham Barker & Ellen Black.
