Witness to marr. Susan Hunkin. His first wife died before 1861 as John is a widower living with his parents in that census. Urania, a Tailoress, was born c 1840 at Mevagissey, Cornwall & died in 1913. Her parents were John Baron & Mary Barrett.

John is living with his mother at Clift St., Mevagissey, Cornwall in the 1871 census & later (with his new wife) at Church St., Mevagissey, Cornwall in 1881.
