John Poleta Samia Jr.Feb. 15, 2004. John Poleta Samia Jr., 64, of American Samoa, a retired teacher in American Samoa, died in St. Francis-West Hospice. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Moemoelegausia; sons Jerry Leialoha, Robert Hind, Teiano Zero, Michael Laufau and John P.T.M. Napahuelua; daughters Yonne L.A., Lilinoe K., Paulette K. and Annie L.; 16 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Mass: noon tomorrow at St. Patrick Church, 1124 7th Ave. Call after 11:30 a.m. Burial to be held in American Samoa. Aloha attire. No flowers.
