I couldn't find Kate in the 1861 census & later she's recorded as a Servant at High St., Stalbridge, Dorset (1881). The family are later found at Gold St., Stalbridge, Dorset (1891). Also present is Isaac's brother Walter Oliver, 50, Stone Mason, Stalbridge. The family are still at Gold St., by 1901 & also with Walter Oliver.
