NOTE

Ellen was born c 1843 at Inverness, Inverness & died in 1917. Her parents were John McEwen & Ellen Cochrane. Ellen died in infancy.

Lewis & Ellen were living at 16 Telford St., Inverness, Inverness in the 1871 census.

I couldn't find them in 1881 although Lewis is recorded as a lodger at 151 Renfrew St., Glasgow, Lanarkshire in 1891 & Ellen is living at Porterfield Rd Leaforth Villa, Inverness, Inverness in 1901 with her sister, Lucy.
