William (1884-1948), a Piper Major (48th Highlanders). S. of William Bain & Isabella McDonald.

William worked in the woolen mills in Scotland & came to Canada in 1913 as an immigrant farmer, but didn't like farming so he went to work at Dale's Flowers Estate at Brampton, Ontario & retired from there as a florist.
