Mary also had an illigitimate son, Robert James Collie in 1864 at King Edward, Aberdeen. His father was James Collie. Peter probably died in infancy.

James, a General Labourer/Crofter & Ag Lab, was born c 1845 at Gamrie, Banff. His parents were Peter Stuart & Margaret George. Mary is recorded at East Millseat, King Edward, Aberdeen in the 1861 census.

The family was living at Clayforbie, King Edward, Aberdeen in the 1871 census. Also present was Mary's son, Robt. Collie. The 1881 & 91 census' records the family living at the same place. Dau., Mary (Kennedy) & her family are also present in the latter.

The 1901 census records Mary & James living at the same place. Also present is Grandson, James Kennedy.
