NOTE

Has been difficult in tracking this family down because I couldn't find them in the 1920 or 30 census'. Roy was a Minister which took him to China on several occassions according to these passenger lists 1 & 2.

Another Passenger List records Anna Bell, with children, Eunice & Francis departing from Manila, Philippines & arriving at Victoria B.C., 17 May 1930. A different version can be seen here.

Roy made two applications for a passport. Once in 1918 & another in 1920. His first family can be seen in both.

"The marriage announcement from Blackduck Min news paper says June 13, 1915 Roy M Cossentine and Amelia C. Sherberg married. Amelia lived in blackduck with her family for many years, The announcement says that Amelia is a teacher and Roy is going to be a Minister. It also says Roy is the son of Mrs F.B.Cossentine." Anna Bell was born in 1892 at Ord, Nebraska & died in 1982. Her parents were Fountain Elliott Keown & Mary Elizabeth Beavers (?). Her gravestone can be seen here.

His son Francis was born in Manchuria, China.
