Latchford is a district in the unitary authority of Warrington, Cheshire, England.
It lies between the River Mersey and the Manchester Ship Canal. The Canal is crossed here by a swing bridge, a high level road bridge and a high level railway bridge (now disused).
It is a residential district mainly consisting of 19th century terraced houses, although a number of new housing developments (most notably apartments) are currently being constructed in the area.
Between 1894 and 1974, part of Latchford lay within the administrative county of Lancashire, though with the local government reforms of 1974, it was reunited with Cheshire.
