Keila was born c 1920 at Faganeanea, American Samoa, Pacific Isles & died in 1995.

His father was Frank William Pritchard (Fuiavailili) of Leone. His mother was Sevaaia'i Soliai Taito of Faganeanea. She died when he was young and he was raised as a son by his aunt Mesepa Soliai Taito. When he was a teenager, he went to live with his father and step-mother, Sauimalai, in Leone (By Rebecca Pritchard).
