NOTE

"My grandmother, Kolone, was the only girl out of four (4 ?, I have 5) childrens of Jack (Siaki) Mailo Hunkin and Tusiga Lei'ataua. The four brothers were Alfred, Edward and Pouono. Jack Mailo Hunkin was the son of Alfred (Leka) Hunkin who was the son of Matthew Hunkin and Fatumalala Fai'ivae Aumavae. My grandfather was Toamalama Le'oso the son of Le'oso Fiavivini and Tu'iuli Tagaloa. My mother, Tava'etoto, was the only child (the only child ?, I have a brother). My father was Male Tiumalu of Fagatogo who died when I was a baby. Oh one more twist in this story... I was mainly raised by my grandparents and in 1969 my grandfather legally adopted me and that's why my last name came to be Le'oso." (By Seti Leoso)
