NOTE

Isabel was born c 1704 at Aberlour, Moray & died in 1803 at the grand age of 99 yrs. I am not sure if they had many children or they just married late in life as both children were born when they were in their 40s.

A gravestone reads: "Thos Inkson fr Corgyle Elchies 4.3.1775 60, w Isabel Skakel 18.9.1803 99, s Lewis fr Crofthead Ballentom 16.1.1826 76 (w Jean Proctor 10.12.1833 72)"

Thomas was probably a close Cousin of Lewis Inkson, of Boharm, Moray. Thomas had his family in Aberlour which was less than 5 miles away from Rothes & about 5 miles away from Boharm.

So with the communities of Rothes, Boharm & Aberlour being so close & with a surname being quite unusual you have to surmise they are all related in some way.
