It has taken a long time to find this family in any census but finally I have. The 1841 census records the family at Ellingthaw Lane, Wolverhampton, West Midlands. SEE here.

The family was later recorded as 'Hayard' at 158 Bilston Road, Wolverhampton Eastern, West Midlands (1851). SEE here. Hannah & Jane must have died in infancy.

In 1861, recorded as 'Hayward', the family are recorded at 14 Church St., Wednesfield, West Midlands. SEE here. Lucy's name is written as 'Louisa'.

The family lived at the same address, recorded as 'Hayward', in 1871, SEE here, although Hannah's birth is recorded as 'Bilston' & the children's as 'Wednesfield Heath, Suffolk'. Hannah may have died before 1881, although I can't be certain what happened to Thomas either. There's no obvious death's listed at FreeBMD.
