NOTE

Mary (b. 1830), of St. Stephen-In-Brannel, Cornwall. I'm not 100% sure if this family is correct as the 1871 & 81 census' records step-children who were the children of Samuel & Mary Crowle. Maybe they were adopted. Albert & Adelaide both died in infancy. There's also a gap of 9 yrs between Joseph & Alma which could suggest Thomas re-married around 1868 to another woman named Mary who was born 1834 at St. Ewe, Cornwall. This would explain the step-children although this also would suggest 2 Mary Crowles ??!!
