Liv. at Cliff St., Mevagissey, Cornwall (1881) as a widow. His mother was also living there & a boarder Josiah Rosevear, aged 55, Sailor. By 1891 the family had moved to 3 Churchpark, Mevagissey. Emma was previously married (original name is unknown) & was present with her two sons Nicholas Oliver, 17, Postman & William Oliver, 11. Walter's son Philip also lived here & was a Pupil Teacher as well as their young dau. Emma.
