Ann was born c 1809 at Pett St Wye, Kent & died in 1892 at Canterbury, Kent.

The family was living at Bakes York Farm (?), Hunt St., Crundale, Kent (1851). I'm sure the farm name is wrong but thats what it looks like.

Ann, now a widow & has taken over the farm, is recorded at Hunt St., Crundale, Kent (1861). Also present was daughter's, Ann & Kate & also Ann's brother, William Hans & two Nephews, William & George Hans. Living next door was her son, Frederick & his family.

Ann, now a Grocer, is recorded at Sale St., Crundale, Kent (1871) with son, John & a Lodger, William Hans.
