DEATH: LOLA LUND SMITH Published: Saturday, Oct. 21, 1995 12:00 a.m. MDT

Lola Ellen Lund Smith, age 89, died October 19, 1995 in Bountiful, Utah, at the home of a niece.

She was born February 5, 1906 in Paragonah, Utah, to Wilson and Sarah Jane Williamson Lund. She married James Lamar Smith May 7, 1960, in Boulder City, Nevada; the marriage was later solemnized in the St. George Temple.Lamar preceded her in death September 29, 1980. She is survived by one sister, Leah Armbrust, Riverton; brother, Robert Patterson, Palm Desert, Calif.; and a sister-in-law, Roene Lund of Paragonah, Utah. Preceded in death by two brothers, one sister, and several stepbrothers and stepsisters. Lola has lived most of her life in Cedar City, Utah, coming to live in Riverton in 1989. Worked for the J.C. Penney Company, Golden Rule Store and having her own Mode-O-Day shop. She was an active member of the LDS Church. A member of the DUP in Riverton. She loved family and enjoyed her nieces and nephews. Funeral services Monday, at 12 noon, Cedar City 14th Ward, 61 North 700 West, where friends may call an hour and a half prior. Interment, Cedar City Cemetery. Under the direction of Broomhead Funeral Home.

I couldn't find anyone in the 1900 census, although, Sarah & the children were living at Paragonah, Iron Co., Utah in 1910.
